I’m a mom of two busy toddler boys and, just like you, I live with rheumatoid arthritis. My journey with RA began shortly after having my second child, and I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle motherhood and chronic pain.
There were days I couldn’t lift my newborn or even get out of bed without assistance and radiating pain I never felt before. But through this journey, I’ve found strength, harmony, and strategies that make each day a little easier and I want to help you do the same.

In our 30-minute session, you will receive personalized support tailored to your unique challenge(s) as a mom with RA. Whether it's managing daily tasks, balancing motherhood, or navigating your RA journey, or just need to speak to someone who can truly listen.
I respect your time and realize that only so much can be done within one session, but once you book below, you will receive a confirmation email and a brief questionnaire that will help me help you make the most of our time together.
